Here you will find our provisions regarding guarantee and warranty:
guarantee
Voluntary commitment by the manufacturer or dealer that goes beyond the obligation under the purchase contract. Claims due to defects in the purchased item are guaranteed by law. Merchant must refund or replace defective goods or services. The guarantee always begins on the date of the delivery note.
Warranty
Liability for the item itself, but not for consequential damage. This is the seller's liability, as provided for by law, for defects that the goods already have at the time of delivery, even if this defect only becomes apparent later. If defects only arise after handover, this does not constitute a warranty. The deadline for movable property is 2 years. The warranty always begins on the date on the delivery note.
